By joining our community, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms:

While a toyhou.se account is not required to own a Lumica, it is recommended! If you do not currently have one and wish to own a Lumica, please attempt to gain an invite code.

Character based characters may be created but may not be sold for monetary value under any circumstances. This is exclusively for integrity reasons.

Unless a Lumica was purchased via real life currency, Lumicas do not have a base monetary value and cannot be sold for real life currency. If a Lumica was a custom design or purchase, members are allowed to sell them for up to or below the price bought for unless they have additional monetary value attached to them (ie. real life currency commissions).

Under the circumstances one wishes to trade a Lumica design that has an Alternate Universe (AU) associated with it, the AU design must either be traded with the character or changed to the point where the two cannot be mistaken.

NSFW content of Lumicas is not permitted. All members must refrain from creating or sharing said content of Lumicas. If a member is to partake in these practices, they will be asked to remove the content from public viewing and issued a warning.

Lumicas should not be used in promotion or support of problematic topics, including but not limited to pedophilia, incest or abuse. If behavior of such kind is discovered from a member within our community, they will be asked to void their Lumis and they will be blacklisted.

If a member wishes to void a Lumica, please speak with the species owner to handle the matter privately.
